Welcome! We hope this website helps you learn more about the activities of The Woman’s Club of Williamsburg-GFWC. We invite Williamsburg-area women to join our club, and welcome area businesses that want to assist in our efforts to better our community!

We’re having a fundraiser and we need your support!
Come to our March 17 card party! This is your chance to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with an afternoon of cards and games with your friends. You can play bridge, mah jongg, Shanghai rummy and more, go home with great raffle prizes, and enjoy light refreshments, all while supporting your community! Cost is $20 per person.  Net proceeds will support the Club’s scholarships and community service programs. Make your reservation by March 10.

We now hold evening general meetings for women who have other commitments during the day! Evening meetings will mirror the meetings held during the day and club members can attend the meeting that best fits their schedules. See our Events Calendar for information on our upcoming meetings.

We’re collecting used/broken crayons for The Crayon Initiative. The crayons are recycled and then donated to schools and hospitals. Email us if you have crayons to donate!

Hello to January new members Marilyn Pellicane and Karen Eversole, and congratulations to Polly Mills for her 50-year pin (she first joined a Federated Club in 1947)!

One more January new member, Patty Cranford – welcome!

At the January meeting, we heard a great presentation by Nancy Paschall of Dream Catchers, and were able to present her with a $200 donation. Here’s a link to the video that she showed.

More new members in December: Sue DiPette, Lois Ellsworth and Lesley Atkinson — welcome!

Welcome to December new members Amy Payton, Lynda Good, and Tiffany Phillips!

Members enjoyed Timothy Seamen’s performance at the December daytime meeting.

We’ll all have wonderfully decorated houses with our poinsettia plants.
